help finding starter

I have an old merc starter--50-76275--info I have found so far tells me it is no longer available. Is there a comparable replacement available----or where would I find a used armature for the unit--mine is "toast"

What engine (hp/ year/ serial number) did it come off of? Got lots of old Merc starters.

Its off a 20 hp mercury--serial # 5729290----I don't know what year thats from....
