HELP! Evinrude BE7RSG 1992, dies in a minute

Help please!
I have Evinrude BE7RSG 1992, 7HP it dies in a minute or so.
Looking for any documentation or diagrams!
Searched above in "Boat Motor Manuals" found nothing for this one....

Tried the basic stuff, opened cowling, checked fuel lines, got new gas, new tank etc.

Did you try pumping the primer bulb?
