Help! 86' 170 merc with #4 low cylinder compression

Hi, just bought an 86' wellcraft with 170 merc. Compression test showed 150 in the first 3 cylinders and 90-110 in the 4th. Boat stalls when cold but when warmed up runs fine. What does the low cylinder compression mean and could it be related to the stalling? Also oil appears cloudy, but I could just be imagining that. How much do the cylinder repairs normally cost and should it be attended to immediately? Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply, I don't think im inclined enough to do that stuff, I had a friend do the compression test. How much $ do these repairs normally cost? Should I be using the boat at all before I get the low compression addressed? Thanks again. Is it worth fixing or should I consider swapping the motor entirely?
