"Ireplaced coils , plugs and wires still running only on bottom cylinder . Before i order a power pack is there anything else i could check ? Can the top carb starving the top cylinder for gas ?"

"If you have proper compressio

"If you have proper compression and spark on both cylinders, to check the carb, have the engine running and stick two fingers into the carburetor throat (acting as a manual choke). If the top cyl starts firing, the carb is at fault. If not, the powerpack is most likely flawed.
