Help!!! 2015 merc 115 4 stroke

Motor running fine its not the issue. Im sure throttle cable issue? Push throttle all way forward it will run about half speed ? There is alot of slack when i throttle up before the engine actually responds to the throttle handle being moved forward. How do you adjust the throttle cable? Or can it be adjusted? Or do i need a new cable? Shofting is fine no issue with the shift point

What is your motor serial number and I assume you have mechanical throttle and not digital?
