Help! 2005 Johnson 25hp Carb

I think my carb is trashed. Ive rebuilt the thing twice and it just still does not run correctly and i know the carb is my problem. Looking to find some help locating or finding an aftermarket option to replace the carb with a new one. Model is J25GTESOC and the carb part number is 5005486.

There is not much that can go wrong with that carburetor.-----What other trouble shooting have you done?---Post the actual compression values here.----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" or more on both leads?
 
Kinda what I was hoping to hear since that carb is pretty basic. I've also replaced the primer pump and the fuel pump and spark plugs. I haven't done a compression test yet. To explain what its doing: Has trouble starting cold but will start fine warm. Will sit and idle for hours. Once I get it going and under a load, it will go fine for a bit and then start to sputter and then die. I could be wrong but does seem to run too rich
 
Water pump impeller replaced ??----Perhaps you are missing a step on your starting procedure.----Explain how you try and start it cold.----Fuel pump diaphragm checked ?------Test run with another tank and hose ?
 
Water pump rebuilt. Fuel pump diaphragm replaced. New fuel lines in the motor and from tank to motor with new primer bulb. My procedure is squeezing primer bulb until it’s firm. About 5 push/pulls on the primer on motor and pushed back in. Throttle barely cracked open. And push start. When it’s warm. I just push start button and turns over.
 
Yes. Everything has been cleaned out with detail. Fresh fuel etc. ethanol free btw. Will update again once I get the chance to do a compression test. Any advice to the idle screw adjustment? I want to try and cover all the basis and make sure I’m not being an idiot on something.
