Help!! 2001 Ox66 150

Hello I have recently purchased a 2001 ox66 150, I had bought from a previous owner that had said the motor did not run. I have been messing around with it and here’s the known problems/ fixes. I have an external tank hooked up and spark, and good compression the motor turns over and cranks just fine however it will not start. It coughs and fires periodically sometimes runs for a few seconds and then just dies. With extra parts I have from my ox66 200 I have replaced the VST and the fuel pump replay to rule them out I have a hard time believing the old parts plus the replacements would both be bad does anybody know any other known issues that comply with my symptoms or have any further diagnosis? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
 
Many many problems have the same symptoms. Try not to focus on what someone else's problem was if and when they had similar symptoms that you are having. That will send you down the rabbit hole.

What fuel pressure readings are you seeing at key on and for the short period of time if and when the motor runs for a few seconds?

As of now to answer both of your questions, I have 35 at the rail with the key on. I have not had the motor successfully start yet. I’m still working on that and reading the pressure at the same time as far as diagnosing the fuel pump and engages when I turn the key for 3 to 5 seconds to prime the system

"sometimes runs for a few seconds and then just dies."

Which is it?

Have you wired the pump to remain on for diagnostic purposes?

Have you misted gasoline into the air intake system to see if it will then start and run?
 
I have not misted any gasoline in the system I have sprayed some brake cleaner got a cough. However I have been messing with the fuel system replaced the check valve low pressure fuel pumps and everything works as it should i’ve been able to run the motor successfully now for about five minutes and higher RPMs and neutral idle. It runs rough and stalls out. Any idea what that might be
