CAN HEAT SENSORS BE REPLACED ON THE HEADS OF A 115 EVINRUDE EASILY?MOTOR SEEM TO BE COOLING BUT OVERHEAT HORN SOUNDS.

"Harry.... The heat sensors can be replaced by removing the water jacket covers from the cylinder heads. The sensors cost approximately $50.00 each (OMC #386686). You don't mention what year you're speaking of but I'm assuming that the sensors are the single wire type. If you're interested, I'll sell two for $40.00 and include shipping.
