"Bought a 25 hp 1979 Johnson. Needed a tune-up, got that all done. Maiden voyage, engine ran perfect for about 5 minutes then began to sputter. Opened cowel and much to my dismay, the engine compartment was full of water. Removed and pressure tested the water pump line, no leaks. Any thoughts on other causes ???"
