Have to pump bulb to keep running

"My Evinrude 15, 15704M, starts and runs good and then stalls until I pump the bulb then runs good if I pump it on a regular basis, what's wrong?"
 
You either have a faulty pump

You either have a faulty pump or air leaking into the system on the suction side of the pump.

"yep........but,it is a PITA!.

"yep........but,it is a PITA!...and very seldom do people get them right.it would save u time,and money well spent,if u just repl it...sierra makes an excellent repl pump,and u can get it,on this site."
