Have 115HP 4 stroke. Before cold start, I squeeze the bulb to get fuel flowing to motor. Engine starts and runs fine. However, several times a day I have to squeeze the bulb (can tell when at idle the engine stalls). The bulb is soft so I'm wondering what's causing the loss of fuel pressure? WHen this first started, I could see the fuel line connection at the motor was leaking (could smell gas), so I replaced the connector, the bulb and fuel lines on both sides of the bulb. Engine ran fine for about a month. Now the problem is back and I don't smell fuel anywhere. I notices the fuel lines are kinked on both sides of the bulb and I'm wondering if they are pinched off too much to pass fuel during idle? Engine runs fine when running at higher rpms.
