Harmonic balancer spun

I have twin Crusader 270's, LH & RH. Both harmonic balances have spun. I have used the flywheel marks for timing, but one has not only spun but it has also worked its way to the back and rubs against the timing chain cover which could cause bad things over time. So my questions are;

Is thee a difference between the automotive version and a Crusader version?

Are there different balances for LH & RH motors?

There is a couple places that rebuilds dampers (damperdoctors) is one in case you cannot find new. Buying used your likely to run into the same issue sooner or later.

That is a small block chev correct? TDC is TDC clockwise or counter rotating

There are also several different diameters to consider.

Same balancer for RH or LH engine......I'm certain the Crusader OEM part was provided by GM....Like Rick suggests, the right diameter is key....
