"I have a 1998, 9.9 Mercury that is very hard to start all the time. It has new plugs with good spark and is getting fuel. The top clylinder is getting the plug wet and the bottom dry. It takes a few tries once it fires to get it going, almost like it not getting enough fuel. It usually takes between 50-100 pulls to get it started.
Please help before I throw it over board!"

You think I would have asked for help sooner. Any hints on how to tune it for the best performance. Now that it starts (thanks again)
