"Have a 1993 115 recently purchased. When cranking
engine,it starts and stops as though battery was low (its not). Where should I look?

Also starter does not engage flywheel all the time. It looks like a new starter.

It sounds like you have some b

It sounds like you have some bad connections at the battery or motor. Make sure they are all clean and tight. Also the battery could be defective. Take it to your local auto parts store and have it load tested.
