Guess what my 1999 102hp Tracker Merc wonbt start Please Help

" Once again like many letters on this site, I am new to the boating scene. My 1999 120 hp. Tracker motor made by Mercury wont start. More specific, she cranks, but just wont ignite. I am really unfamiliar with compression and ignition, so if you do help please be thorough. To help out I think it might be battery, if at all possible. Is it possible to crank, but not just get enough. I left her sit outside for a couple of months, and it got cold. I don't know if that might of had anything to do with it. All I know is the last I used her, she worked fine, now nothing. Thanks for your help. Mike "

mike be sure and pump the primer bulb until it is hard or she wont hit a lick and charge your battery
