Got my 1988 50hp Evinrude VRO to idle and stay running....... BUT!!!! Now that i have unhooked the VRO and mixing the fuel myself the warning horn is going off!!!!!!!!! How should i handle this....And thanks to all what help walk me through my troubles.
 
Not for 100% sure.... I took the carbs off again and clean them... I believe it may have been the first time when i put the carb back on i hook up the vro and pumped some oil that had been sitting in the oil tank for no telling how long and gummed the carbs right back up... This time i left the vro unhooked and it started a run just fine... Once again thanks for the help on that... Going to take her out for a LITTLE test run today... Well let you know how that goes
 
Sorry it has taken me so long to post the result of the test run but i have been enjoying the boat. It runs great. Thank to all that helped
