Those are the only fuses.
At this point my next step would to get it plugged into a DDT and just pray that you didn't toast the ECM.
There is obviously something stopping (initially) the battery power from getting through the ignition to start the motor.
To get "fire" at the plugs you need a battery plus a functioning crank position sensor (CPS) and engine computer (ECM).
Since the battery is powering the starter, and the fuses are ok (one of the 20 amp ones is for the ignition) that only leaves the CPS and ECM as the likely culprits.
Assume you actually checked for spark at all cylinders or did you just assume no spark because she wouldn't fire?
Because if you do have spark we are probably looking at a fuel related issue....
