Going from 12 fresh water cool to full

I want to change to a full fre

I want to change to a full fresh water cooled system I wrote before and Rick thought that the heat exchanger would be ok. I know I have to feed the exhaust manifold from the low end to be sure not to have air pockets. Where do I run the new hoses that I will be adding. Does anyone have a diagram I could follow?
