Getting green slime in the engine

ive been doing a bit of work

ive been doing a bit of work on my outbord and i found its clogged up with some sort of green slime all inside the motor so if anyone has any idears please help

Is the green slime in the waterjackets or the cylinders? What kind of work are you doing?
