Generally available grease lubricant for Merc 9.9 4-stroke

Is there a widely available (eg, from O'Reilly or Autozone, etc.) grease packaged in a small grease gun cartridge (3 oz) that would be acceptable to use to lubricate the grease zirc points on a Merc 9.9 4-stroke (used in fresh water only).

White lithium. For about $10 you can get a 3 pack of Merc. 2-4-C grease that will last you for years.
