"1994 90 hp Merc 3 cyl. Takes on a teaspoon or 2 of water at season end, usually in the water constantly from May- November. Can someone describe the Pressure/Vacuum Test to me, and is it possible to do it at home? I have replaced seals in this one a couple seasons ago and still leaks. New seals under water pump, on prop shaft and large O-ring. Used sealant on metal seal edges. Thanks"
