"Can anyone tell me the engine to drive gear ratio of the 1989 OMC 5.8l Ford to Cobra sterndrive?
Also, what is the rated engine HP of this motor?
I am thinking of replacing Cobra drive with Volvo SX drive. Any thoughts/suggestions?"

Go to the lower section and invoke the right/left side scrolling menu.
Once there, click on the SX or DP-S drive.
It will enlarge the image. Ratios will be right there.
