gear case switch bf 225 hp 2002 question

Have been battling with getting transducer reading better thru my prokat hull. saw another guy who had Susiki's and he said he swaped his counter rotating gear cases so they turn outward instead of prop wash pusing inward. is this possible on Honda's and how hard is this ? Can I just swapped lower units ?

You can swap lower units as long as the engines were made the same year. If they are different years, a little research would be in order due to the shift shaft.

I am not sure what you are saying about the rotation...but typically on dual engines, the starboard engine is standard rotation and the port is counter rotation. If you switch them, typically the boat will not run as well. I guess there are exceptions to every rule.
