I cannot find model number 10820 listed. Suggest you check it again carefully.

The fuel mix depends upon the year. 1964 and later it's 50:1, pre 1964 it's 40:1 or 24:1 and pre 1960 24:1.

Correct mix is 50:1 thats near enough 1 US pint, or 16 US fluid ozs, in 6 US gallons (or about 13ozs in 5 galls)
