Gamemaster 9.9hp 1995

I need some help bad. I have a 1995 Gamemaster 9.9 HP that absolutely will not start. There is a good spark at both plugs and starter fluid is being used as fuel. The compression is 95-100 on each cylinder. I tried taking the flywheel off to inspect the shaft key but could not. Is there a trick to getting it off Any help will certainly be appreciated.

I need to a correct a posting I made on March 17. I incorrectly referred to my motor as a GAMEMASTER when it should be GAMEFISHER made by Force. Since that posting I have gotten the flywheel off and the shaft key looks alright. I will repeat my problem here. The motor will not start. There is a good spark at both plugs and starter fluid is being used as fuel to try to start it. The compression is 95-100 on each cylinder.
