1998 200 hp fuel inj. i put the ears on over screen start eng you could see it suck the water in but nothing coming out? also i see on housing a garden hose snap conecter doesthis have too be hooked up also? at the same time? i just got this boat so i dont know much about it any help would be great thanks bcclew
