Fuse pronblem

I am new to site, having problemwa getting an alarm, no lights battery light at panel Just replaced ignition harness with warning lights , started engine up on rack ran fine, no alarms. Put boat boat in water next day for test run, pulled away from dock and check engine light comes on with intermitent beep. went back to dock and found #4 fuse 10 amp blown. replaced run a minute then blows, now blows as soon as I start motor. fuse will also blow if ignition switch is on fuse blows before it gets all theway in

Any help is appreciated
 
Could be at least three things...

1 Your fuel pump is locked up and is blowing the fuse. Disconnect your fuel pump and apply 12v directly to it. If you get sparks and you can not hear it run...bad fuel pump. It is in the Vapor Separator on the rear of your engine. I can not remember if you have to take one of the side covers off to get to the connector.

2 Could be your main power relay module. The fuel pump relay is inside it. Something could have shorted out in it.

3. Could be a short somewhere in the wiring harness.

If would bet on number 1 or 2.
