1973 65hp evinrude motor i got

1973 65hp evinrude motor i got it to run putting in a full pump and yesterday was the first time i took it out did not go to far just testing the motor out. i full throttle it and it seem ok speed but five minute during the full throttle it began to chuck i let go the throttle a little nornal no chuck as soon i throttle back up it start again. where should i look for.

before i had problem starting

before i had problem starting i removed carbs and clean it.and compresion is good maybe like u said spark plug or tune up.
