I have a 150HP black max which was rebuild three months ago i had a 12hrs break in process after the 12 hours i am suppose to re-torque the cylinders heads to 24 ft./lbs. Last night i went out and at full throttle i was only getting up to 3000 RPM'S. Could the torqueing of the heads be the problem to why i am only getting up to 3000 RPM'S Please help.
