"New to the board and am refur

"New to the board and am refurbing my Larson runabout, new interior, floor, seats....etc. This is a great site, been lurking quite a while and I know you fellas can help me with a question.

I purchased a F/W separator and was questioning how to properly install it as it came with no diagrams...it has a series of arrows....what do these mean....I assume an arrow pointing in is the inlet and an arrow pointing out would be an outlet, if this is correct...can you use any configuration of arrows as long as the in is in and out is out??? Thanks, J"

"Hi John, The second outlet (arrow points out) could be used for a 'kicker', at least that is what I use it for.

"If both 'out' is used main and kicker as mentioned above, a shut-off valves MUST be installed. Close 'main' when 'kicker' is run, close 'kicker' when main is run. This to avoid one or the other app to suck back.
Never run two engines on one suction line/filter at the same time."
