I would follow Rod's direction. looks like standard brass pipe fittings that i would be making myself.

"I think that fitting is either 3/8" or 1/4"npt (national pipe thread), and should be available in any good hardware store in the plumbing fittings. You must use teflon thread tape or pipe thread dope suitable for gasoline. I've used rtv with good results up to 100psi on engine oil pressure and turbo feed fittings of the same type. I would put the straight run (crossbar) of the tee into the mercruiser fuel feed path, and put the kicker on the branch line (upright of the the tee)."
