"can not run with gas open all the way will suck in line pump together does not have fuel/water septerator,if keep at half speed run ok only when open up can someone help?"

So the primer bulb is collapsing?

Check your tank vent. Some older style primers do not agree with the gas we get now days at the pump. The 10% ethanol or methanol gas has a tendency to damage plastic or rubber parts.

If you replace your primer bulb get one with check balls and springs instead.
