I have a 1986 25hp johson that came with the factory tank that has auto blend. It mixes the gas and oil for you. Question is how do you know it is working properly? I had to replace the shaft prop seals and had no problems. While waiting for prop to get done i noticed an oily film and a drop of oil off of skeg. Looks like a small residule of water and oil coming down the exhaust port in to prop housing area.Not sure if it is mixing too much oil and that is what i see ?Hope i didn't ramble to much.
