My 20hp mercury dies after running for about 10secs and also smokes a little bit. Thers also some fuel that gives off a rainbow effect on the water. Took off the regulator and blew through one end and air flows through but,not the opposite side, it appears to be fine. Just cannot understand why this is happening. Can you please help on troubleshooting? Ty
