I am new to this board. I just recently bought a 1979 ranger bass boat with a 75hp Mariner outboard. I was told the engine came with the boat, so I assume (no jokes please) that it is a 1979 engine. What would be the proper fuel/oil ratio for this engine? I don't have the numbers off the engine, but will bring them into work with me monday. Anything else you might know about this engine would be helpfull. The engine has been on the boat, outside for two years. I was told it was last run two years ago and the fuel disconnected and ran dry.
