" i have a 130hp merc I/O if i slowly get up to full speed 33mph its fine but if i nail it or try to get up to speed to fast it acts like its starving for gas. i replaced the plugs, points, cap and roter i added gas drier but i havent been able to find the problem. any ideas anyone? "

I'm assuming you changed the fuel filter and the condenser in the distributor.

One possibility is a sticking

One possibility is a sticking valve. An exhaust valve with a little rust or burt will decrease compression in on cylinder. Will idle well and performe well at midrange but won't have full power. You may want to do a compression test. If a cylinder is showing less compression by 10% or more from the others you may just have a valve problem.
