I have a Volvo penta Q115 petrol inboard engine.
I am having problems with petrol getting to the engine at higher revs. I have changed the petrol filter which had allot of gunk in it. This hasnt solved the problem. Is it possible that the fuel pump needs replacing? Does the diaphram ever go on these?"

"When checking your fuel delivery system, be sure to start at the fuel tank. This would involve removing the fuel tank pick-up tube and checking of the screen.
Next would be the anti-siphon valve.
Go from that point right back to the engine; Fuel filter base, fuel filter, fuel pump, carburetor.

Have you checked and cleaned the fine strainer inside the carb?

Thanks for the advice. The problem was some debris trapped in the tube from the tank to the petrol filter. Blew it out and all seems to be ok. Thanks again
