Fuel pump and 2 brass adaptors

I have 2 questions 1st where c

I have 2 questions 1st where can I find a rebuild kit for the fuel pump on an 84 OMC 2.5l and 2nd I have water coming out of a adaptor under the exhaust manifold just directly under the exhaust elbow does not say anything in the seloc manual and I am not sure what they are and if their is supposed to be a plug in it

yes they are supposed to be pe

yes they are supposed to be petcocks or brass plugs.why do you want to rebuild fuel pump?whats wrong with it.
 
I installed a inline fuel filt

I installed a inline fuel filter before the pump to verify fuel flow and the filter that was in the fuel pump was really bad and watching the filter while turning the ignition I was not getting any flow so I disconnected the line at the carb and tried there and again I wasnt getting any gas. Do you have any suggestions it would be helpful

ok there is a few things i wou

ok there is a few things i would try before rebuilding the fuel pump or the better way buy a new one.i have the excat model engine and outdrive as you. my boat sat for 8 years before i got it.first remove the top of the fuel pump there is a screw that holds the top on there is a fine screen in there make sure it is clean thats one fuel filter now there is a plastick tube that is the overflow from the carb not the metal one that runs to the carb make sure the hole is not clogged make sure both holes are not clogged put back together the fuel pump at the carb where the metal tube goes in is a screen inside the fitting make sure the screen is clean put that back on and try to start the motor.if it doesnt start there is a check valve on top of the gas tank that might be acting up take it off and blow thru it if that doesnt work than replace check valve and if that doesnt work than its time for a fuel pump.
