Just fully rebuilt the engine running on double oil for the 10 hr break in (new rings) running great 5000rpm at WOT. Then!!! started to bog down out of the hole WOT stared to drop at 9 hrs to 4800 the 4500 now at 10 hrs 4200 and very poor acceleration! Does surge at little on the plane very occasionally which would suggest fuel. Have replaced all the fuel line and stripped the fuel pump all OK. Have now pulled down the carbi's all look Ok with no blockages or obvious loose screws to allow air into the system. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated I have enclosed photos of the carbi showing float settings - Level with the gasket flange and the drop of approximately 1 inch are these correct?
