Fuel problem

"Ok, I replaced the bulb in my fuel line, pulled the pick up hose off the fuel poly tank, checked it and put it back on and it still wont run smooth over half throttle ( bucks like it's starving for fuel). I've just had the carbs rebuilt, replaced the fuel tank, fuel lines on the motor, and fuel line from the tank. Everything is new except the fuel pump. Could this be my problem?"

"Hey Mark...Sounds like the high-speed jets are stoped up...But, try this: Next time out pump up the prmer bulb hard and hold it..Try and run fast now....if it works then you need a fuel pump...if not, look at the high-speed jets..."
