fuel problem with 7.5 merc, (i think)

Ok, this motor ran great 2 years ago but now I can not get it started.
I forgot to put stabil in the tank but too late to for that.
I changed the plugs and if a small squirt of starting fluid is placed in the carb it will start and run for a second but then dies.
I think it is not getting fuel as when I try to squeeze the bulb in the fuel line it will not squeeze. Disconected fuel line from the carb and it will squeeze fuel thru fine.
Is the carb plugged, fuel pump out?? I have not worked on an outboard before.
Any ideas would be apreciated.

Thats what I was afraid of. Do you know to get rebuild kits/ instructions online. Or even a place I can mail the assembly to and have them rebuild and ship back?
 
There is nothing to be scared of on this carburetor / fuel pump.-----------------You can do this yourself.--------------After you are done you will say -" that was easy , why would I pay $80.00 / hr for this work "
