Hi its my 60hp vro help. again

fuel pipe from tank goes to a primer bulb then to engine, but i have been reading and remeber from my old 40hp vro, when depressed a few times it went a sort of solid, my 60hp one doesnt change at all, so i cannot establish if it primed and fuel is flowing???
any help on this would be good. is it worth replacing all fuel pipe. on the oil side the primer bulb is solid is it worth replacing pipes and buld. i live in uk so any ideas where i can source the oil pipe replacement with bulb?? does my engine have a inline fuel filter, i am just trying to start correcting problems, i think preventive maintenace good.

When pumping the fuel primer bulb, if fuel is not flowing out of the engine somewhere (flooding), install a new primer bulb. It should pump up hard.

har we will start by curing that problem first. when i used to pump primer on my 40hp vro it used to get quite hard and leak(flood) onto the water, but this one doesnt change nor does fuel spill out.

it is a be60tlccr i think 1988 vro would she have any fuel filter???
regards graham

There is normally a small inline fuel filter at some point between the fuel pump and where the hose exits the hood pan.
