Fuel leaking?

I have a 2 h.p. Mariner, 1990ish. It runs great but when tilted gas pours out of the carburetor.
The same with a similar 3.5 h.p. Nissan .
It willflow until fuel valve is turned off. Only when tilted.
Any ideas or cures?

Normal I think.----Turn fuel off before tilting the motor.
