Fuel issue

I have a 2013 Mercury 150 4 stroke.
Its starts right up, but then I run slow about 5 minutes and it dies. then wont restart.
I can hear the fuel pump hummimg when I turn the key on, it might start for 10 seconds and dies.
If I leave it 24 hours ago, it usually repeats the above.
One time, it ran great for 2 weeks, then started doing this again
Any ideas??

Even though you hear the fuel pump what is the fuel pressure? As well how old is the gas and is the low and high pressure fuel filters new?
 
Dont know fuel pressure
Gas is brand new - has done thus thru the last two tankfulls
Ill check on the fuel filters

There is a fuel pressure valve on the right side from inside the boat. You can pick up a tester on amazon for about $30. Also this guys videos does a good how to on the VST tank that also houses the high pressure fuel pump in case you need to replace it.
