I have 2003 4stroke 60 hp efi Merc. the question I have is, how much fuel should be in the small white plastic fuel filter on the rt. side of the engine.The problem I've been having is: the engine runs perfect until I shut down for 20-30 minutes,when I go to restart it starts and quits,over and over.I can hear the fuel pump start everytime.she will run fine with the garden hose hooked up but she just don't like the water. HELP
