Fuel Issue with a 99 Tracker 25 hp

Last nite out of the blue, primer bulb would not prime motor. Have about 3/4 tank of gas. Today I put a new bulb on and same thing. Disconnected line and hooked to another tank and nothing. If I disconnect line from motor...bulb will get semi hard....and when I press in on the quick disconnect...it will spray fuel. Only when connected to motor...it will do nothing. Usually 2 or 3 pumps to fill fuel filter....but now it will not even push anything up to it. All line is new. Can the quick connect on the motor go bad?....or the one on the line?

Drop the filter and pump the bulb. If gas shoots out, put the filter back and go further downstream to see if it comes out there with parts loosened/ removed.
