I have a 04 optimax pro 2 stroke. I had the cap on the top of fuel rail back off and allowed gas to come out which in turn l lost fuel pressure and the motor over rpm. Question is can the cap be tighten down and use the bulb to repressueize the system? I see there is a shader valve at the bottom of the rail. What is that for.
