Fuel hose straight into carb

"I think i'm having fuel pump(vro) problems, and i've read some different post about putting the fuel hose straight into the carb and using the primer bulb as the pump. How would i go about doing that. My motor(TE70TLCE) has 3 carbs.Thanks"
 
You put the hose on the 'm

You put the hose on the 'manifold' where the VRO OUT is connected. Just remember to use a 2% oil mix!!

"is the manifold on the carbs or on the vro pump. 2% mix, will i have to mix that in the gas tank. I'm sorry for the dumb questions but as you probably guessed this is all new to me."

"The manifold is the plastic connector with fuel-in from VRO, 3 hoses out (one each carb) and one hose to the primer solenoid. Pull off the hose from VRO and replace it with the fuel hose from tank.
2% must be mixed in fuel tank, yes."
