Fuel? Electrical? Losing power! HELP!

Ok. Here it is. I have a 1991 Evinrude Intruder 175hp on a 1991 Ranger 481v. The boat runs awesome when I first start it up and run across the lake to my fishing spot. After starting and stopping a few times to go to different areas, eventually when I try to get up on plane it acts like it has no/minimal power. Sometimes it even surges/pulses a little bit and gains RPM but usually it just bogs down and has limited power. Never does or cuts out. Just seems weak. Has NEVER done this until recently. And it never does it until I have ran around a bit and "warmed it up".

Does the fuel primer bulb have a tendency to be drawn flat?

You could also be dropping cylinders due to an electrical problem. Put a timing light on it, look into it when it's acting up and see if you see any black spots. Do this to each cylinder.
