"Well, I drained the manifolds and ran anti freeze out the drain holes, but didn't remember the riser drain plugs. I don't see any cracks, but I'm concerned about the inside? Has any one had this problem?"

You should be concerned!Lots of water trapped inside there.

That's another good reason to RUN the ati-freeze through the motor 'til it comes out the exhaust. Simply pouring it into the motor doesn't purge water from the dead zones.

"Thanks Jeff! Your right, pouring anti freeze through wouldn't have reached the risers. I've been winterizing for 30 years. And have always did it this way. First Time I missed plugs! Now I have to wait and run the motors to find out if I have a problem. My Carver is a 1990 with only 534 hrs. Shame if I cracked these, could have been worse!"
